On The Day Coordination

Almost the big day and now to ensure your plans go perfectly? That’s where The Bridesmith steps in. Call me your bridal assistant, go to gal for all things wedding. Taking the reins two weeks before your big day, handling the details so you can relax, enjoy, and focus on the moments that truly matter.

  • Up to two months out, I’ll take over vendor communication, help create a detailed run sheet or offer advice on your existing plans.

    We will book a meeting at that two week point, either in person or via Teams, to go through all the finer details. You'll also have unlimited support via email, text or phone throughout that time. On the day, I’ll be there from vendor bump-in, acting as your main point of contact to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

    From assisting with ceremony coordination, overseeing setup, and being your go-to person for anything you need.

    Including welcoming guests, looking after your nearest and dearest, styling touch-ups, prepping vendors and speakers, managing last minute seating changes, repurposing props, running your dancing shoes inside, keeping track of your phone, veil fluffing...stop me now! Whatever it takes to keep your day as stress-free as possible.

  • While the inclusions of what an on the day coordinator may do is far to long to list (refer to tell me more!)… here are the basics!

    • Taking over vendor and venue contact from two weeks out.

    • A 1-2 hour meeting two weeks ahead of your wedding date to talk all things wedding details!

    • A detailed schedule for vendors and a review of your existing plan.

    • I’ll be there on the day from vendor bump until the party starts to kick off and then I’ll leave you to it! (hours provided on quote depending on day, venue bump in etc)

    • Meeting, greeting, guiding. Being the bearer of back up lippy, shoes & all the rest.

    Your venue does not include the pack up of your decorations? I also offer a Pack Down service. Reach out for pricing and availability.

Whether you're stuck on where to begin or just need some reassurance, I’ll help you create a personalised roadmap so you can move forward with clarity.

    Includes:

Set Up

You’ve carefully planned every detail but your venue doesn’t handle setup! So, who brings your vision to life? That’s where I come in, ensuring everything is styled just as you imagined, ready for your perfect day

  • You’ve carefully chosen every detail - now let’s make sure it’s displayed just as you envisioned. Many venues won’t set your place cards, light your candles, or arrange personal décor, but that’s where I come in!

    What’s Included?

    • Placement of name cards (if your venue does not), table numbers, candles, and other personal décor

    • Ensuring flowers, guest book, wishing well, and signage are in their correct places

    • Styling touch-ups to bring your vision to life (within reason—no ladders or heavy installations!)

    Optional delivery of décor to the venue for added convenience

    ADD ON: Pack-Down Service (Limited Availability)

    • Collection and packing of personal decorations at the end of the night

    • Coordination of décor pickup with you or your designated person

    • Secure storage of fragile or sentimental items until they can be retrieved

    What’s Not Included?

    • Heavy installations (e.g. hanging lights, rigging, ceiling drapery) – but I can help arrange professionals for this

    • Large-scale floral installations or structural builds

    Final pricing depends on the complexity, volume of décor, and setup/pack-down time required.
